Reid Hackney continues to lead an active lifestyle, with interests ranging from sampling the city’s newest restaurants to cycling at San Antonio Missions National Historical Park.

The hike and bike trail at San Antonio Missions National Historical Park provides visitors an opportunity to visit all five missions, including Mission San Juan and the Alamo, while enjoying a scenic cycling route of nearly 16 miles round-trip. The trail also provides direct access to the nearby Mission Riverwalk and passes through historic neighborhoods and picturesque farmlands.

Each mission provides water, while eateries are located near Mission Concepcion and Mission San Jose. On-site rangers can provide individuals additional information about the trail, while the National Parks website, nps.gov, features a detailed map of the trail and surrounding area.
