For a number of years, Guns N’ Roses was one of the most popular rock bands in the world. Since reuniting last year and headlining the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Guns N’ Roses has continued to play sold-out stadiums worldwide as part of its “Not in This Lifetime” reunion tour.
By the end of 2017, Guns N’ Roses will have played 70 concerts in the tour, including a September 8 show at the Alamodome in San Antonio, which includes ZZ Top as the opening act. That same night at the AT&T Center, popular rock band Green Day is performing its first of back-to-back shows with opening act Catfish and the Bottlemen.
The following Wednesday, September 13, Janet Jackson is performing at the AT&T, while Bryan Adams is at the WhiteWater Amphitheater in New Braunfels, Texas. Other prominent acts coming to San Antonio in September include Ben Folds, Against Me!, Gavin DeGraw, and Dwight Yoakam.
